Girls will begin with a warm up exercise as a large group which consists of motor skills, strength, and flexibility exercises. Kids will then be grouped by age and ability. Class is structured and consists of beginner skills.
The kids use all of the gymnastics equipment including the Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Tumble-Trak, and Trampoline. They will work on all beginner skils such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, rolls, pullovers, jumps and more!
Girls Elementary School Recreational Gymnastics
SESSION DATES: September 19, 2023 to August 1, 2024. Enrollment is ongoing. All students will be charged monthly on the first of each month. The prices listed are based on a month with 4 weeks. Months with more or less than 4 weeks will be prorated. Class times will slightly change in July 2024 to accommodate children being out of school.
